How much can I earn?
It depends on how active you are, how you bid, and demand in your area. Runners in busy areas can earn ₦3,000–₦15,000 a day. That's potential, not a guarantee. You always set your own bid.
When and how do I get paid?
The requester funds escrow before you start, so the money is already secured. When the job is confirmed done, it's released to your in-app wallet, and you withdraw to your bank account.
Does Suwe track my location all the time?
No. Suwe only captures your location when you open the app (that's what makes you "present") and during an active job you've accepted. There's no background GPS tracking.
What do I need to get verified?
Three things: your NIN, a quick selfie check in the app, and a short meeting with our team in Uyo. The first two take minutes. The meeting is usually within a few days, and it's the last step before you can start taking jobs.
Why do I have to meet someone in person?
Because a good runner is more than a verified ID. We're building Suwe on people requesters would recommend to a friend, so we meet every runner before approving them. It's short, it's free, and once you're approved you're in.
Do I have to accept every request?
Not at all. You choose which requests to bid on and set your own price and hours. Skip anything that doesn't suit you.
Is there a fee to become a runner?
No. Joining and onboarding are free. Suwe takes a small, transparent service fee on completed jobs, shown up front, never hidden.
