Acceptable Use Policy

Suwe works because Requesters and Runners can trust each other. This policy sets out what is not allowed on the Platform. It applies to everyone who uses Suwe and forms part of our Terms of Service.

You may not request, buy, carry or deliver:

• Illegal drugs or any other unlawful substance.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives or fireworks.
• Stolen, counterfeit or smuggled goods.
• Prescription medicines outside what the law and the dispensing pharmacy allow.
• Hazardous materials, or anything that puts a Runner’s safety at risk.
• People or animals as cargo.
• Cash carried to launder money or evade the law.

• Harassment, threats, abuse or discrimination towards anyone.
• Fraud, scams, or giving false information about yourself or a request.
• Moving payment or communication off the Platform to avoid escrow or fees.
• Using Suwe for any illegal purpose.

Some requests ask a Runner to accompany someone. Companion errands never include sexual services of any kind. A request that asks for them, directly or indirectly, is banned, and the account behind it will be suspended.

• One person, one account. Running more than one account is banned.
• Promotions, referral rewards and sign-up bonuses are for genuine use only. Abusing them, for example with fake accounts, self-referrals or staged jobs, is banned, and any reward gained that way can be withdrawn.

• Every request is screened before any Runner can see it.
• Requests that are flagged are held for review by our team and only go live if they follow this policy.
• Accounts that break this policy can be suspended or closed.
• Where conduct may be a crime, we can report it to the police and share relevant information with them.

If you see a request or a user that breaks these rules, report it in the app or email hello@thesuwe.com. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the police first.
